Rabbit rabbit, my sweet friends! It’s August of 2022 already.

We’ve survived every single day of 2022 so far, all 213 or so of them. Maybe that doesn’t seem like a big feat to you, but when life is quite volatile and the planet at large is so hot, I’m taking every chance I can to steal a little joy.

So, what’s in store for us this month?

Truly, only time will tell, but there are a few numbers that we can look at for some insights.

August is typically associated with the number 8, which can be a tricky number to connect with as it’s energy is divine, action-oriented and easily exploited.

Eight (8) is the number of the infinite and of divine resourcing. It’s embodiment, empowerment, money, abundance, and also the earthly concepts of power, labor, authority and rulership.

It’s an emotional number, residing in the skin and the sex organs, and make no mistake–we’re in the deep end of the feelings pool with this number. Here, we dance with shame, vulnerability, and a lack of esteem or confidence. We might wobble in our sense of self worth, especially if we’re used to looking for validation from external factors and sources. But, there’s also the opportunity for real personal power, pleasure and ecstasy here in the number 8!
